Scuba Trips
SCUBA DIVING CABO BAY
Despite being a crowded place, Cabo San Lucas Bay is a place full of life, where you can find everything from guitarfish to mobula rays and sharks, as well as several schools of fish such as snappers, porkfish, groupers, cornet fish and much more. In this area, we have a canyon with a depth of 300-600 feet – an ideal place for all levels, since you can do everything from stay in shallow water with a sandy bottom, to performing deep dives. Right in this canyon are the emblematic sand falls, which are something very unique to see – although their intensity varies depending upon the tide and waves, among other things. We also have the famous Land’s End stone, which as the name says, is the last piece of land on the Baja peninsula. Next to it, is the famous arch. This dive is the favorite of most people, since you can practically explore both the Gulf of California and the Pacific Ocean in one dive, as well as being near the site of a small colony of sea lions.

Another thing that makes this place special, is that thanks to the space, it never becomes crowded. GORDO BANKS
This dive, being a deep dive with strong current, is a dive reserved exclusively for Advanced certifications. In addition, it is necessary to do a practice dive with us before the tour. Gordo Banks is a Seamount peaking at 125 ft below the surface and dropping off into the sea bottom. The top of the underwater mountain has cracks in it that attract various types of marine life. The Gordo Banks diving site is famously-known for providing experienced divers with the opportunity to watch sharks in open water, as well as with other pelagic fish like Tuna, Manta Rays, and more. However, it is important to be aware that we are in the open sea and nothing is guaranteed. The conditions at Gordo change seasonally, so diving trips are usually from May to January.

Some of the animals that are commonly observed during this tour are octopuses, worms, and lobsters, among others.
